Meet Isabella
Isabella is one of our talented trainees at CK. In her daily life, she balances a full-time job with her studies and participation in various courses, which requires both structure and dedication.
A strong social community
As a former student assistant at CK, Isabella already had a good idea of what to expect when she started as a trainee. She was familiar with the tasks and had already become part of the social community—something she highlights as one of the best things about CK.
“I’ve become part of something bigger. When I started, I quickly became part of the community at CK—both across the company and in smaller groups, such as our trainee community.”
All trainees participate in courses together, which helps strengthen their sense of community.
“It gives us a strong sense of group cohesion,” says Isabella, who also highlights CK’s social events: “It means a lot that there is a good social environment. You don’t just go to work to work, but also for the relationships and friendships that make it even nicer to be here.”

A steep learning curve
At CK, we place great emphasis on creating the best possible conditions for both personal and professional development. This is something Isabella clearly experiences in her daily work.
“It’s great to go to work and be part of CK,” she says, adding that she is constantly challenged and given new tasks that strengthen her skills. “I can feel that I’m getting better with every task I complete,” she explains, continuing: “It’s truly exciting work, and I get the opportunity to try my hand at many different tasks, which only makes me even more motivated.”
Isabella has always dreamed of becoming an accountant, and after her first year at CK, she has no doubt that she has found the right path.
