Nyreforeningen has been a client of Christensen Kjærulff for more than 15 years, and over time the collaboration has developed into a trusted partnership.
“The great advantage of having been a client for many years is that you don’t just receive a professional auditing service – you also receive a personal one. For me as a director, it is a great benefit that my team at CK knows and understands my everyday work and the reality we operate in within the association,” says Michael, Director of Nyreforeningen.
Nyreforeningen is a patient association and therefore differs from traditional commercial companies. Among other things, they receive grants from public authorities and administrations, which places very specific requirements on financial reporting, documentation, and regulatory compliance. With the association’s internal resources, it would be impossible to handle all these requirements on their own.
“We have no chance of handling all of that ourselves while also doing what we are here to do – namely helping and supporting our members. That’s why it is a great relief that CK understands our reality and is always ready to help us,” Michael points out.
It is especially important to be able to respond quickly and accurately when dealing with public authorities.
“Public authorities place high demands on reporting – and it often has to be done quickly. That’s where Vanja and her team are fantastic. They respond incredibly fast and are always precise and highly competent in their advice,” says Michael.
Christensen Kjærulff assists with, among other things, the preparation of annual reports and provides ongoing financial advice on both large and small matters. For Michael, it provides peace of mind to know that everything is under control.
