Organisation
We are a company owned, managed, and operated by partners, all of whom are state-authorized public accountants.
The Board of Directors are elected by the partners and consists of Iver Haugsted (Chairman), John Mikkelsen, Elan Schapiro, Torben Laurentz Wiberg og Brian Hansen.
The management consists of Anders Ingemann Hansen, who oversees the daily operations in accordance with the policies, strategies, and action plans approved by the partnership assembly and the board. He is accompanied by Julie Marie Cederholm, who, in her role as a personal assistant, supports organizational and business development.

Christensen Kjærulff's business area is auditing as well as financial and tax advice for primarily owner-managed companies. In all our relationships, we put people first, and we are driven by personal commitment. Oprindelse
The company was established by Svend Aage Christensen in 1948. After several mergers and acquisitions, our business today consists of 12 owners and approximately 120 employees, who together serve more than 5000 clients.
Network
We have a large network consisting of a large number of financial institutions, lawyers and consultants. In addition, we are a member of RevisorGruppen Danmark and the global network Nexia International.
